About the Project:

We are seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to demonstrate expert-level skills in test automation tools and strategies, as well as a deep and broad understanding of building and deploying software in both cloud and desktop environments. You will use your skills to drive our automated test strategy throughout the testing organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Software Engineering, the ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing test procedures to ensure that software programs work as intended.

You Will Be Able To:

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools and frameworks that enhance the overall effectiveness of our testing infrastructure.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes, technologies, and interfaces to boost the effectiveness of testing teams and reduce technical debt.
• Lead quality-related work, training, and mentoring team members.
• Own the testing automation strategy, test data management strategy, and test automation for the entire testing organization.
• Maintain existing test automation frameworks for all applications currently supported by automation.
• Write, debug, and execute code used in both API and UI automated testing efforts.
• Define, implement, and manage processes and best practices regarding automated testing.
• Provide metrics on business processes and code coverage for automated test suites.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role:

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience working with manual testing.
• 5+ years of experience working with automation testing.
• 2+ years of experience with C#, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
• 2+ years of experience with Selenium.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience working with microservices.
• Advanced English level is required as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
