About the Role

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced UX Designer. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles and prior experience in designing and developing user interfaces for enterprise applications and SaaS platforms. You will collaborate closely with our development team to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of our business clients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers to explore user experience design requirements for our digital assets.
• Collaborate primarily with the R&D team: Design, Product, QA, and Developers.
• Conduct competitive research through mobile applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and design simplicity.
• Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation across various digital programs and interfaces within the company.
• Work with the marketing team and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for digital users.
• Provide advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Deliver designs promptly; we may not always have two weeks to create a design.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in creating and implementing UX designs for mobile apps and web.
• Experience designing user interfaces for both mobile and desktop applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand design requirements and limitations.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make informed design decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide design support throughout the development process to maintain design quality.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Advanced level of English.
