InVitro Capital is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and visually compelling motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, advertising, websites, and presentations. If you have a strong portfolio, a passion for storytelling through animation, and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to see your work!

Requirements

• Produce original motion graphics, animations, and video content from initial concept to final execution.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all visual elements.
• Create assets optimized for various platforms such as social media, web, mobile, and large screens.
• Enhance video content by adding effects like transitions, animated text, and dynamic graphics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and design.
• Implement feedback, make necessary adjustments, and refine animations and graphics to meet quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related area.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design and animation tools.
• A robust portfolio showcasing motion graphic projects, animations, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles, composition, and timing.
• Ability to create storyboards and visual concepts.
• Strong sense of visual design, typography, and color.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Strong video editing skills, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Knowledge of sound design and integration.
