Alabama Solutions, through its innovative spinoff HNDevs, is looking for a Senior Blockchain Developer to spearhead the creation of a high-value fashion NFT marketplace.

This position demands expertise in Solana smart contracts, proficiency with Next.js for front-end development, and experience in integrating Web 2.5 features such as fiat-to-crypto payments. Fluency in English and prior end-to-end development of NFT marketplaces are mandatory requirements. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy secure Solana-based smart contracts for NFT minting, tracking, and resale.
• Build and integrate NFT marketplaces, ensuring seamless interaction between the blockchain and front-end.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Next.js for NFT browsing and transactions.
• Integrate fiat-to-crypto payment solutions while ensuring security and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver features like pre-mint sales and digital closets.
• Optimize platform performance for high traffic and sensitive use cases.
• Stay updated on blockchain and NFT developments to maintain competitive features.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in smart contract development (preferably Solana or similar).
• 4+ years of experience developing scalable applications with Next.js.
• Demonstrated experience creating NFT marketplaces from concept to deployment.
• 9+ years in software development with a solid technical foundation.
• Deep knowledge of decentralized systems and cryptocurrency payment mechanisms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in fashion tech or high-value NFT projects.
• Familiarity with fiat-to-crypto integration processes.
• Background in creating scalable solutions for high-traffic platforms.
