As a Transformation Manager, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization, work with advanced technologies, and contribute to projects that integrate AI into business processes. The role offers growth opportunities, potentially leading to managerial positions in Operations, AI Product, or Technology.

You will work closely with the Transformation Director and senior leadership, including C-level executives, to analyze current processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through improved output or automation. This involves leading complex transformation projects aligned with strategic goals, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology and AI-driven transformation projects, from planning to execution.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize business processes with measurable ROI evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement successful transformation initiatives.
• Conduct detailed operational analyses to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions, including AI and automation-driven improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting as necessary.
• Develop analysis, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions and effective business management.
• Conduct operational analyses to identify optimization opportunities and enhance profitability across geographies, channels, and services.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Ambitious and committed to driving change in a fast-paced environment.
• High potential for growth, with aspirations to become a future leader.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Quick learner with a passion for understanding technologies, processes, and business areas.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools is a plus, with training opportunities available.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to derive insights from detailed analyses.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of thriving in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English.

We are seeking candidates based in Bogotá who can commute to the office at least twice a week.
