We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in creating innovative solutions that enable companies to communicate effectively with their customers. As a key member of our product design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop tools for administration and collaboration, with a focus on creating impactful experiences for our customers.

In this role, you will conduct research to gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, create design proposals for new features, and collaborate with engineers to build prototypes. You will also participate in prioritizing projects, building customer empathy, and measuring the success of new features. As a senior designer, you will be expected to give great feedback, iterate on team processes, and hold people accountable for our culture and quality standards.

• At least 3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on complex software products
• Prior success in working on complex software products, with the ability to learn and understand detailed technical constraints
• Strong ability to approach problems from first principles, with a passion for exploring unique and innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate the thinking behind your designs to partners and stakeholders
• Experience working in a remote and distributed team environment, with a high level of autonomy and ownership
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a growth mindset and a willingness to receive and provide feedback
• Passion for making complex functionality more approachable, with experience in taking complex concepts and making them more understandable in your designs

• Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $155,000, depending on experience
