As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in building innovative frameworks, recommending and implementing testing tools and technologies, and driving the adoption of quality across various initiatives. You will work closely with our clients' engineering teams to improve testing efficiency and maintain the highest quality standards. Your expertise in automation will be crucial in leading our automation efforts and collaborating with our teams to continuously improve our automated testing efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with product and engineering teams to ensure features are developed with automation testability in mind, evaluating existing automation frameworks, and driving changes as needed. You will also recommend and implement proven automation tools and techniques, create automated dashboards, and distribute ownership of quality across the team. Additionally, you will enable short and direct feedback loops on code quality, provide tools and support for smooth adoption, and stay current with trending processes and technologies.

• A minimum of 7+ years of QE experience or development experience, with 4+ years of experience in XCode or Espresso, and nice to have experience in Appium, Cypress, Playwright, pyTest, and Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience using version control systems such as Git and a solid understanding of Git workflows.
• Experience working with external testing solutions, continuous integration tools, and relational databases such as MongoDB, SQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong test automation design skills, knowledge of QA methodology, and testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, as well as strong presentation and time management abilities.
