We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as an Associate Solution Architect. This role is crucial in developing customized demonstrations and proofs of concept that effectively showcase our platform's capabilities and potential to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The Associate Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in supporting the Solution Engineering team, providing technical guidance and leadership to ensure successful client engagements, particularly in the Mid-Market and SMB segments. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Solution Engineers, Partners, and Product teams, to align demo content and POCs with prospect needs and strategic objectives.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a solution architecture, consulting, or solution management role.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, Solution Architect, or similar role, preferably in a non-profit organization, tech company, or agency providing solutions for the non-profit industry.
• At least 4 years of experience in digital technology, digital solution deployment, and web development.
• Proficiency in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with cloud architecture, CMSs, CDNs, tag management systems, cookie consent systems, and digital analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience building websites and landing pages.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members and foster a positive working environment.
