We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our data team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building and optimizing our data pipelines, maintaining robust ETL processes, and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for downstream analytics and business intelligence needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage scalable data pipelines for ingesting and transforming data from various sources.

• Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics and reporting.

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance by implementing data validation and monitoring systems.

• Optimize performance of databases, queries, and data workflows.

• Implement ETL/ELT workflows using modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Apache Spark).

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to manage and deploy data solutions.

• Document data architecture, pipelines, and best practices.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or a related role.

• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with data processing libraries.

• Experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

• Familiarity with data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, normalized/denormalized models).

• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt) and orchestration pipelines.
