About the Role

We are looking for a ERP Bilingual Business Analyst / Project Coordinator with fluent English and a valid U.S. visa for short onsite courtesy visits with clients. This role is responsible for requirements gathering, business process mapping, documentation, and coordination during ERP projects.

Experience working with NetSuite, Zoho One, or other ERP systems is strongly preferred, as this role interacts closely with our consultant team to translate business needs into clear system requirements.

You will collaborate daily with Functional Consultants and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations in the United States and LATAM Countries for workshops and requirements discovery.

• Lead and document business process workflows, functional requirements, and system needs.

• Analyze gaps between client processes and ERP capabilities (NetSuite, Zoho, or similar).

• Create functional documentation to support configuration and development work.

• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in testing scenarios, training materials, and user adoption support.

• Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and implementation teams.

• Support basic tasks in NetSuite or Zoho One when needed (no technical expertise required).

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written — required).

• Valid U.S. Visa with availability for very short business trips.

• Experience working with NetSuite, Zoho One, or any ERP platform (CRM, Finance, Inventory, Operations).

• Strong skills in business analysis, documentation, and client communication.

• Ability to lead meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions.

• Experience in business processes such as accounting, logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus.

• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.
