GENERAL OBJETIVE
Implement and oversee the implementation of IT solutions and/or services in customers. Taking into consideration budget, scope of services and Customer Satisfaction, and according to the project plans designed and outlined by Project Managers.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
1. Ensure technical implementation and business processes are aligned.
2. Lead the design, implementation, quality assurance and production rollout of IT projects (ITSM, IT Security, Services, and others).
3. Provide complex technical advice, recommendations and consultancy on networks, infrastructure, products, and services supplied.
4. Ongoing quality assurance on execution and delivery of project tasks.
5. Require resources from Service Support department for complex and/or sizeable project tasks, and monitor, follow-up and perform quality assurance steps and techniques on such outsourced tasks until completion.
6. Keep the technical project plan updated (tasks, milestones, time logs, comments, supporting files, followers) in Teamwork, to ensure project customer-facing project continuity.
JOB PROFILE
EDUCATION LEVEL Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Information Security, or related field.
EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
ENGLISH LEVEL Advanced.
