Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support Microsoft-based environments for multiple MSP clients
• Handle escalated tickets from help desk support
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): Identity and access management
• Administer Microsoft Intune: Device enrollment and management
o Policy configuration and enforcement
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint
• Configure and manage Microsoft security tools:
o Defender for Endpoint
o Defender for Office 365
o Defender for Identity
• Troubleshoot backend, infrastructure, and security-related issues
• Support and maintain MSP backend tools (training provided if needed)
Required Skills & Experience
• 5 or 7 + years of exp
• Strong experience in Microsoft ecosystem administration
• Windows Server and Windows client environments
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration
• Microsoft Intune management
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Microsoft Defender security stack
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
