Niuro is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for an enterprise AI platform company. You will work inside customer environments, turning their operational workflows into production integrations and agentic AI systems.

What you will do

• Lead platform integrations directly inside customer environments.

• Map customer workflows into platform configurations, data models and automated integrations.

• Build and run production agentic AI systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Execute onboarding and data migration pipelines from existing customer software.

• Guide deployments through customer IT and security reviews.

• Turn repeatable integration patterns into features for the core engineering team.

What you bring

• 5+ years in software or integration engineering.

• Production experience with agentic AI systems that plan and execute multi-step tasks.

• Working knowledge of MCP or equivalent tool-orchestration frameworks.

• Enterprise integration patterns: APIs, ETL/ELT, middleware, event-driven architectures.

• Experience with enterprise security reviews and data governance.

• Able to travel to the US for up to two weeks (B1/B2 visa or ESTA eligibility).

• C1 English.

Nice to have: ERP integration, property management systems, PropTech, solutions architecture.
