As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, provide executive-level business consulting, and work hand-in-hand with our Sales team on consulting and pre-sales activities. Your work will drive innovation at scale, and you will be part of a team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on clients.

• 8+ years of experience in implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables, with a focus on exceptional performance across customer engagements
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect, with a demonstrated ability to speak to the delivery approach and considerations for different sizes and scales of projects and clients
• 5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions, with a focus on CLM solutions and a demonstrated ability to write SOWs, review proposals with clients, and negotiate contracts
• 3+ certifications in relevant technologies, such as DocuSign or Ironclad
• Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles, with a focus on project delivery and program management
• Expertise in building out project and program teams, organizing programs for success, and managing established technology and product departments
• Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contracting, with a focus on business operations experience, including invoicing, SOW, margins, and utilization
