Niuro is looking for a hands-on GTM Engineer with commercial judgment. You will build and operate the systems that identify companies with relevant hiring signals, reach them effectively, and turn successful experiments into repeatable sources of business.

Niuro is a Talent Engineering company building a self-improving Hiring OS around one ambition: the right match for every job. AI agents move the process forward, while humans own the consequential decisions.

You will:

- Connect market signals, customer data, and Hiring OS activity to identify relevant companies.

- Build account research, qualification, outreach, and follow-up systems.

- Integrate APIs, webhooks, workflow tools, and LLMs with appropriate quality controls.

- Monitor failures, data quality, cost, speed, and human handoffs.

- Design commercial experiments, measure results, stop weak approaches, and scale what works.

- Document systems so others can operate them reliably.

You bring:

- 5+ years building and operating GTM, growth, revenue, or commercial automation systems.

- Evidence of your contribution, the commercial result, what broke, and how you fixed it.

- Hands-on Python or JavaScript, SQL, APIs, webhooks, Git, and testing.

- Production experience with LLM workflows and AI evaluation.

- Strong commercial judgment, ownership, and C1 English.

Full-time independent contractor. Remote from any country in LATAM, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time. Compensation: USD 4,000 to 5,000 per month.
