Experience: Over 3 years of experience in digital product design and design systems.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a passion for digital products, branding, and/or product design.
Proficiency: Skilled in using Figma.
Expertise: Knowledge in some of the following areas:
Atomic design
Design systems and component libraries
Visual hierarchy
Interaction design
Accessibility
Responsive design
Visual design principles: typography, colors, grids, and layouts
Branding
Illustration or other visual languages
Nice to Have:
Education: A bachelor’s degree or relevant training in graphic design, digital communications, design, experience design, or equivalent work experience.
Frameworks: Basic understanding of frameworks like Material Design, Bootstrap, CSS.
Self-Motivation: A self-starter who is curious and motivated.
Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact smoothly with international teams and clients.
Proactivity: Proactive in collaborating with the Wizeline Leadership team and peers to align with goals and maintain an ongoing feedback cycle.
