We invite you to join the Multiplica team as a UI Designer.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Three years of experience.
• Knowledge of responsive design and a mobile-first approach.
• Experience in best practices for designing native apps and a strong desire to explore new interface possibilities involving emerging technologies.
• A solid understanding of design theories and principles, translating them into a unique vision.
• An understanding of the technical possibilities and limitations that influence design decisions.
• Familiarity with UX concepts.
• A passion for designing digital products with purpose and creating valuable user experiences.
• A meticulous attention to detail and a deep appreciation for the importance of design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop graphic systems that ensure consistency across digital products and experiences on all current and future platforms.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes based on UX proposals.
• Transform UX design artifacts—such as sketches, wireframes, and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes—into beautifully crafted, functional interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create simple, consistent components that align with existing graphic systems.
• Work closely with developers to design responsive solutions that balance performance and visual expression.
• Document and update design patterns and systems as they evolve.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Figma.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
