About the Project:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to design user-centered interfaces and enhance the overall user experience of our digital products.

You Will Be Able To:

• Craft and iterate user-focused designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and improve overall usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, making adjustments based on feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital products by following established design guidelines and creating comprehensive style guides.
• Apply user-centered design principles and industry best practices to all design projects, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, justifying design decisions based on research and user needs.
• Work alongside front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices and incorporate innovative solutions.
• Participate in developing design strategies and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the company's digital products.
• Identify and address any design-related issues or challenges, ensuring solutions are effective and aligned with user needs and project goals.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• More than 2 years of experience using Figma.
• At least 1 year of experience with HTML.
• At least 1 year of experience with CSS.
• Advanced English proficiency is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
