Scope of Work – Onsite Technician
Support will be provided twice per month, 9AM – 5PM local time
Preferably the same technician onsite each month
Support at Walk-Up Location:
End-user break/fix troubleshooting for desktops and laptops
Hardware/software troubleshooting and minor repairs
Peripheral break/fix and device exchanges
Request fulfillment and resolving “how to” questions for end users
Follow and update technical documents and knowledge base as needed
Properly resolve and document tickets, escalate if required
Provide onsite software support/instruction for users
Diagnose and maintain defective hardware
Smart hands support for meeting and conference room equipment
Must speak local language and English
