Hiring: IT Support (Power Apps) – Remote LATAM – $12/hr

Not gonna sugarcoat it — we’re looking for someone who actually knows their way around Microsoft Power Apps, not just watched a tutorial once.

We’re a US-based company (Deluxe Photo, 12+ years in business), and we need a reliable IT support person to help us keep internal systems running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

Support internal tools and business processes

Work with Power Apps / Power Platform

Fix issues, test solutions, improve stuff

Integrate with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365

You’ll fit if:

You’ve worked in IT support before

You actually understand Power Apps (not beginner level)

You can troubleshoot without panicking

Your English is at least intermediate

We offer:

$12/hour

30–40 hrs/week

Fully remote (LATAM only)

It’s not a “chill do nothing” job — but it’s stable, remote, and long-term.

Brindar soporte IT para procesos y sistemas internos

Mantener y dar soporte a aplicaciones en Microsoft Power Apps

Trabajar con el equipo para probar, optimizar y mejorar soluciones

Integrar Power Apps con herramientas como Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365

Asegurar la seguridad de datos y cumplimiento de estándares

Documentar procesos y soluciones

✅ Requisitos

Experiencia en IT Support o roles similares

Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Power Apps

Experiencia con Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, etc.)

Buenas habilidades de resolución de problemas

Inglés intermedio o superior

Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota
